What does “printed to order” mean?
Every piece is printed after you order it, just for you. It means less waste and no leftover stock. Printing takes a few business days, then your order ships with tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Allow a few business days for printing, plus shipping time based on your location and the method you choose at checkout. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How do your sizes run?
Most of our crewnecks, hoodies and tees are unisex with a relaxed fit, in sizes from XS up to 5XL depending on the style. The women’s relaxed tee has a women’s cut, and crop styles are cut shorter by design. Each product page lists exact measurements, so compare them with a piece you already love. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit or up for an oversized look.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind, so check the size chart before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Read the full refund policy.
How should I wash my merch?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and don’t iron directly on the print. Hats should be spot cleaned.
Do you sell skincare products?
Not right now. Anti Aging Skin Club makes skincare-inspired apparel and accessories. For routine tips, read our skincare routine guide.
Can I order for my spa or clinic team?
Yes! Our esthetician sweatshirts are a favorite for matching spa teams. You can order everyone’s size in one cart, or contact us first if you’re outfitting a larger group.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify, which encrypts your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
